Will a pin hinge fit if its overall size matches?
Matching length and diameter alone is not enough. Compare the body profile, pin dimensions and hinge-axis position against the door and frame. This page has product photographs and a size table; include a dimensioned sketch for any feature the table does not define.
Can the door lift off after the hinge is welded on?
The product photograph shows a separable pin construction. Removal after installation also depends on orientation, retention and clearance. Show enough travel for the engaged parts to separate, and include nearby covers or frame members on the drawing.
Can I replace only one half of an existing hinge?
The mating fit needs to be checked first. Identify the half you intend to retain and send its dimensions and photographs. A similar appearance or nominal size does not confirm compatibility between parts.
Can I request a different pin or body dimension?
Customization is listed for the Pin Type family. Mark the required dimension beside the closest listed entry, state the unit and quantity, and show how the hinge fits the assembly. The specific change remains subject to Requirement / Specification Confirmation.
What should I send for a pin-hinge quotation?
